Driver convicted of causing death by dangerous driving after checking text

A lorry driver who veered into oncoming traffic while checking a text on his phone and killed the driver of car into which he crashed has been found guilty by Peterborough crown court of causing death by dangerous driving. The accident took place in June 2014.
