The area of work in the Court of Protection requires particular strengths which, having been brought up in a home for geriatric care, I have always recognised.
I believe my experience in family law has combined with this early experience to give me an insight into the needs of clients dealing with the type of complex isssues which need to be addressed in the Court of Protection.

I have a Ll.B. in law from Sheffield University.
I was called to the Bar in 1983 and I have worked in Crime, General Common Law and Family Law.
