Barrister thanks Londoners for rescuing her from being trapped under a taxi

Claire Miller, a qualified barrister, offered profound thanks to the 30 people who helped lift a taxi under which she was inexplicably trapped to free her without serious injury. Recovering at her home she called Londoners “the greatest people on Earth”.

Ms Miller said she had no recollection of how she came to be trapped under the cab.

She was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand in 1995 before being called to the Bar in England and Wales in 2008.  She has worked as a solicitor for Camden Council and is currently employed by the law firm Beale & Company.
