I am a specialist in civil litigation and regularly appear in the High Court and in the Central London County Court, although I am frequently instructed to appear in courts in Essex and Kent. Being a Direct Access qualified barrister means not only can you instruct me directly to appear in court for you, but you can also instruct me on other parts of the case inlcuding providing a written advice or legal opinion, drafting court documents including claims, defences, application notices. You can also instruct me to draft letters for you and even attend 'round-table' negotiations or mediations on your behalf.
