I offer knowledge, experience and tactical expertise based on long service at the Bar, I also offer a collective professionalism in these challenging areas of legal practice.

I provide the highest level of advice and representation across the whole spectrum of criminal law and white collar crime – including terrorism, murder, drugs, serious violence, sexual offences, fraud and financial crime.

I also provide a fixed fee service for the general public under direct access for Road Traffic Cases.

I can provide expert advice in relation to the full range of driving offences including speeding offences, dangerous
and careless driving, alcohol and drug related driving offences, failing to provide, failing to stop and HGV offences.

I am also ex-RAF and am able to represent serving members of the armed forces at Courts Martial hearings, both
in the UK and in overseas locations. 

I am committed to helping clients secure the best outcomes when defending applications for freezing, restraint
and confiscation orders, and orders for asset forfeiture, under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA).

I can offer advice on appeals where clients are seeking to appeal conviction, sentence, or both. 

I can draft a formal advice on appeal and if the appeal is accepted by the Court of Appeal, and can also represent clients at the appeal hearing.
