My approach

Aryan is committed to providing his clients with the best possible outcome. He is passionate about representing individuals and families in family law matters. He has been working in private law for the past few years in independent practice, dealing with cases including child arrangement orders, specific issue orders, prohibited steps orders, and Family Law Act applications.

These applications cover a wide range of issues relating to children, including where they live, who they spend time with and what steps can be taken in their lives relating to such things as schooling and medical treatment.

Aryan also has extensive experience in handling immigration and human rights cases. He can make the full range of immigration applications, including human rights, refugee protection, refugee settlement, partner and family visas, EEA nationals and family, short stay visit visas, work visas, student and graduate visas, settlement in the UK for partners & family members, long residence, and British citizenship.

He appears in every type of case in the First-Tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal - from Student and Visitor applications, right the way through to the most complex Asylum and Deportation appeals.  His courtroom advocacy has most recently been described as “very impressive” and “highly persuasive”. Aryan prides himself on excellent standards of written work, for example drafting grounds of appeal to the Upper Tribunal or for Judicial Review. He is the author of an Immigration textbook and has also been published elsewhere.

About me

Fees

Aryan’s fees are competitive and he is always happy to have an initial friendly and non-committal telephone conversation with you at no charge. If you decide to instruct him, he will arrange a consultation where you can meet with him online or in person.

He will then take your full instructions, offer his advice and speak about the next steps that need to be taken. He will also let you know what the likely costs of any action will be.

Direct Public Access – Litigation and Representation

Aryan is authorised by the Bar Council to undertake litigation, which essentially means he is permitted to do the work a Solicitor would normally be instructed to do.

Aryan is a highly experienced barrister who is passionate about representing his clients. He is committed to providing them with the best possible outcome and is always happy to go the extra mile.
