Dwain is a passionate and dedicated advocate always willing to apply his experience of advocacy and knowledge of the law to get the best possible outcome for those who instruct him.
About me
Dwain first qualified as a solicitor in 2007 principally in the field of criminal defence. Dwain later branched out into immigration, personal injury, family and general civil litigation. Dwain qualified as a solicitor advocate with higher Rights of audience in civil and crime and was later called to the bar in 2012 and started practicing as a barrister from 2014 to present date. Dwain is also licensed by the Bar Standards Board to conduct litigation and is also licensed for direct access so clients can instruct him without need of a solicitor. ASDA in his licence to conduct litigation he can be instructed to perform the role of a solicitor as well as the role of a barrister which is that of a traditional advocate. Instructing Dwain as your lawyer can therefore be much more cost cost-effective than instructing a solicitor to intern instruct a barrister as Dwain is able to handle both litigation and advocacy.
