I have experience in advising and representing parties to litigation in wills and probate matters, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 where it is alleged that reasonable financial provision has not been made for a party in the will, and in other challenges to the will itself, including claims that the deceased lacked capacity at the time the will was made, or that the mind of the deceased was affected by fraud or undue influence at the time that the will was made.
