Some of the recent cases I have worked on include:

Ullah V Ullah F10CL410- I am currently instructed in a large multi-million-pound property claim involving very complex claims for breaches of trust, dishonest assistance, and self-dealing.

Din v Aslam PT-2019-0008843 - Instructed in respect of a claim for delivery up of estate assets from a personal represenatative, where a freezing order was also granted due to a risk of dissipation with the Defendant being in a foreign jurisdiction.

NF v SF - Currently instructed on a claim for an equitable interest in a property, where there was a verbal agreement between a mother and son for the beneficial interest in the property to pass to the son if he paid off the mortgage.

About me

I have a pro-active hands-on approach and can help you see matters through right from the begining to the end. I can advise and assist on the pre-action stages of a claim, all the way through to trial, as well as dealing with consequential matters such as enforcement and costs challenges. I offer pragmatic solutions and where appropriate will advise on and attend alternative forms of dispute resolution such as mediation.
